Meet Dr. Wayne Nemeroff

Our Lead Psychologist Dr. Wayne Nemeroff

Dr. Wayne Nemeroff is the CEO and founder of PsyMax Solutions. Dr Wayne is the architect of the company’s proprietary assessment and organizational diagnostic tools.

With more than 20 years of coaching, assessment, and organizational behavior and development experience, Dr. Nemeroff is committed to helping employers and individuals increase their effectiveness and maximize their capabilities.

Wayne received his Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 1975. After graduating, he accepted an Assistant Professor position at the State University of New York at Albany’s School of Business.

In 1979, he joined a consulting firm (Personnel Research and Development Corporation) in Cleveland, Ohio where he was a principal until 1995.

In 1996, Dr. Nemeroff established his own company, Nemeroff & Associates, a consulting firm dedicated to helping people succeed.

In 2000, Wayne continued to expand his company by merging with another consulting group and co-founded Human Capital Assessments, LLC.

Dr. Nemeroff has a wealth of experience in helping people gain insight and understanding into their specific strengths and weaknesses relative to an organization’s critical success factors (Success Profiles), mission, and values.

Wayne is extremely skilled and experienced at assessing and coaching people; he helps people and organizations build on their assets and over-come their liabilities by focusing on practical, action-oriented business goals and action plans that tie in to tangible, long lasting results.

As a seasoned expert, Dr. Nemeroff has assisted organizations, both nationally and internationally, in taking a more strategic approach to developing their leadership bench strength to meet current and well as future challenges.

Wayne has repeatedly demonstrated his skill to help employees at all levels of an organization grow to their full potential through proven coaching and development processes and programs. Additionally, he has been very successful in helping organizations overcome obstacles that may prevent them from continuing to achieve the maximum return on their investment of time and effort.

Dr. Nemeroff has extensive experience in team building, conflict resolution, leadership development, executive coaching, and assessment systems for both selection and development. He has facilitated many workshops and seminars, and has given speeches and presentations to a variety of organizations across the United States, Canada, and Europe.

Dr. Nemeroff has worked with individuals at every level, from the lower levels of an organization to the chief executive levels (i.e., Vice President, President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board), and he has worked with organizations in the field of accounting, entertainment, health care, insurance, manufacturing, real estate, retail and utilities.
